Kenyatta N. Sinclair

Chief diversity, inclusion and organizational learning officer

Kenyatta Sinclair serves as chief diversity and inclusion officer where she provides strategic oversight of the Foundation’s racial equity and inclusion work. She is a dedicated professional with more than two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector. Kenyatta has a proven record of enhancing staff capacity to achieve strategic outcomes, achieved success in organizational change management and is a valued contributor to the creation and sustainability of inclusive spaces. Kenyatta is a certified Consultant, trainer of Crucial Conversations and Color Code. Sinclair earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University and a master’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University, where she has also completed doctoral coursework in leadership for the advancement of learning and service.
