Meeting reservations
Looking for a space to host your next meeting? The Greater Milwaukee Foundation can help. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations alike are welcomed and encouraged to reserve a conference room or meeting space for their next meeting or event.
- The space can accommodate anywhere between 4 to 140 attendees as well as hybrid meetings. Beverages and light snacks are provided.
- Conference rooms are available to reserve Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- The Foundation offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and the following days: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, July 4 and 5, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Nov. 28 and 29), Christmas Eve and Day. The Foundation meeting spaces are unavailable from Dec. 16, 2024 - Jan. 3, 2025.
- Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis dependent on availability and number of attendees.
- No less than 48 hours is required to reserve space.
- 24-hour cancellation notice appreciated.
