Yelena Chester

Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer

In addition to overseeing the Finance Department, Yelena Chester manages the Foundation’s financial and investment activities and provides staff leadership for the Board’s Admin and Audit and Investment committees. She develops management policies and procedures for administrative budgeting, investment, financial accounting, tax and regulatory compliance, administrative reserves and fee policies. Yelena also serves as the corporate treasurer and authorized signer for the Foundation. She joined the Foundation in 2003.
