Take your meeting to the next level: The Foundation’s fourth-floor meeting space!

Looking for the perfect venue to host your next meeting? We offer a number of versatile, state-of-the-art spaces designed to inspire collaboration and creativity. Ideal for nonprofits, community groups and organizations of all sizes bringing benefit to the community.

• The space can accommodate anywhere between 4 to 75 attendees as well as hybrid meetings. Beverages and light snacks are provided. 
• Conference rooms are available to reserve Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.  
• The Foundation offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and the following days: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Nov. 27 and 28), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The Foundation meeting spaces are unavailable from Dec. 15, 2025 - Jan. 5, 2026.
• Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis dependent on availability and number of attendees.
• No less than 48 hours is required to reserve space.
• 24-hour cancellation notice appreciated.
