Anna Smerchek

Community engagement manager

Anna Smerchek works closely with the Community Engagement team at Milwaukee Succeeds to help build and strengthen relationships with the Early Childhood Education Coalition's to ensure meaningful connection and alignment to the work of Milwaukee Succeeds. Anna helps lead the Milwaukee Succeeds ECE Ambassadorship, where lived experience partners continue to engage and implement programming and partnerships with early educators, providers, parents & community. It focuses on providing ECE advocacy trainings, community engagement with intention and lived experience leadership in a direct effort to build awareness and activate around the need for continued high-quality ECE supports in Milwaukee. She joined the Foundation in 2022.
