Dave Celata leads the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s efforts to use research as a foundation for shaping and amplifying public policy strategies that align with the Foundation’s strategic priorities—beginning with early childhood education and reading. He engages with local, state and national policymakers, leads advocacy efforts and builds coalitions that promote and protect the Foundation's priorities. He joined the Foundation in 2015.
