It’s been just over six months since the Greater Milwaukee Foundation moved into its new home at ThriveOn King, 2153 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Since then, so much has happened.
Two tenant partners, Versiti and JobsWork MKE, are fully active in their spaces while Malaika Early Learning Center staff are moved in and will be serving families soon. Meanwhile, construction kicked into gear on The Residences at ThriveOn King apartments as final touches were added throughout the building.
And if that wasn’t exciting enough, a number of major milestones ensued this year to bring this catalytic redevelopment to life.
